General FAQs

  • We’re at 4700 Babcock ST NE, Unit 2 in Palm Bay, FL. Hours: 8 am to 4 am every day. Check Google for holiday updates.

  • A rotating menu of non-alcoholic botanical drinks (e.g., kava, house teas, specialty drinks), plus seasonal items. See our Menu for current offerings.

  • We ID for kratom service (21+). Non-kratom items follow our house policy: Kava may only be served to individuals who are eighteen years or older.

    After 9:00 PM it is 18+ to enter.

  • We offer light snacks such as chips, popcorn, and candy. There is a Domino’s pizza to our left, and a breakfast restaurant to our right, so there is food available throughout the day.

  • We generally do not take reservations or host private events, however, we welcome birthday parties and other celebrations, as well as clubs, study groups, etc.

    If you have a private event you’re interested in holding here, still reach out to us because we are always willing to take one into consideration.

  • We accept major cards and contactless payments, cash, and Nocturne Teas gift cards.

    All bar-tabs opened will be pre-authorized, which will place a $0.01 hold on your card, and then when you cash-out the full amount of your tab plus any tip amount will be charged to your card.

    You may also request to cash-out your items as you receive them if you do not wish to have your card pre-authorized. Customers paying in cash must pay after every order they place, unless they wish to place a card on file for the purpose of pre-authorizing.

  • Yes! We have recently upgraded our network to gigabit fiber so we have incredibly fast upload and download speeds. We have plenty of seating for those using laptops, and most of our seating is within reaching distance of an outlet. There is no time limit for the use of our Wi-Fi so long as you’ve made a purchase or have an open bar tab.

  • Unfortunately Florida health code prevents us from permitting pets within the building, however pets are welcome at our outside seating areas.

    Service animals are welcome.

  • There is accessible parking at the front of the building, and there is a ramp directly in front of our building providing access up the curb into the building.

    Our restrooms are ADA accessible, and we’ve made the effort to ensure our pathways within the building are wheelchair friendly.

    Our couches are at wheelchair height, and we have wheelchair height tables that can be brought-out upon request.

    We also offer a braille and large print menu for individuals who are vision impaired.

    We take pride in supporting those with disabilities, please let us know what we can do to accommodate you during your visit!

  • Yes! We sell both gift cards and merchandise. Merchandise is subject to availability as it often sells out within days of a restock. Please contact us if you have any merch requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • We cannot accept returns on most items, however, if you are unsatisfied with a product we will replace it. Furthermore, for issues with canned products if the can is damaged or otherwise unsafe for consumption of the product inside we will change or refund your purchase.

    We will generally replace drinks that have been accidently spilled, stolen, or accidently thrown away.

    This policy is applied on a case-by-case basis. We generally make good with dissatisfied customers, however we do not tolerate rudeness, malice, or fraud.

  • Tell us about allergies before ordering. and we will take actions to ensure we avoid cross contamination with allergens. Cross-contact is possible in a busy bar environment so please inform an employee if you have any allergy concerns.

Kratom FAQs
(21+ with valid ID)

  • Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a Southeast Asian tree. Products made from its leaves are sold in the U.S. as botanicals. No kratom-containing drug is FDA-approved.

  • No. We don’t claim kratom treats, cures, or prevents any condition. For medical questions, talk to your clinician.

  • We offer clearly labeled teas, shots, and canned beverages. Ask our staff what’s available today.

  • We ONLY provide Kratom products to individuals 21+ and only with government-issued photo ID. We card strictly and will not serve Kratom to anyone under the age of 21+. If you are discovered to be using false identification, or that someone of-age is providing someone underage with Kratom both individuals will be removed from the premises and trespassed.

    Do not test this policy, we take the laws and regulations very seriously and violators of this policy and the law will not be permitted at Nocturne Teas.

  • Kratom can cause adverse effects for some people and may interact with medications or other substances. Never mix with alcohol or sedatives. If you feel unwell, stop immediately. Consult with your clinician if you have any concerns about consuming Kratom. If you are unsure do not consume Kratom.

    Our employees are here to answer your questions, but remember, they are not doctors. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of Kratom to anyone we deem unfit for consumption for any reason, but especially for safety.

  • We recommend that you don’t drive or operate machinery after consuming Kratom.

  • We recommend that you DO NOT use kratom if you are pregnant or nursing.

  • No—we do not stock nor do we recommend consuming any products marketed as added or concentrated 7-OH.

    We strongly and publicly oppose 7OH in any form other than its natural concentration found in Kratom. You should avoid consuming 7OH. Do not try it, not even once.

  • We purchase from established suppliers, hold an FDACS food establishment license, have a certified food protection manager on staff, and have comprehensive risk mitigation policies to avoid the possibility of food-borne illnesses.

    There is always an inherent risk in consuming food and drinks from bars, cafes, and restaurants. We do our best to ensure this risk is as minimal as possible. We regularly test our water quality, monitor our refrigerator temperatures daily, and ensure all products are stored and prepared at proper temperatures to minimize the risks of food-borne illness.

  • Call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) or 911 for severe symptoms.

    If you have any concern that your condition has been caused by products from our establishment please contact us as soon as safe and reasonably possible so we may take any appropriate actions necessary. The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority.
